Shipping and returns

Shipping

• We ship to addresses in the United States.
• Orders placed by 4 PM, Monday to Friday, ship the same day; later orders ship the next business morning. Most arrive 1–5 business days after they ship.
• Shipping costs and free-shipping offers are shown on each product page and at checkout, before you pay.
• You'll receive tracking by email when your order ships.

Money-back guarantee

Every Paletrove product comes with a money-back guarantee. The length of your guarantee is shown on the product page and at checkout, and it starts from the day your order is delivered.

If you're not happy for any reason, email [email protected] within your guarantee period and we'll send you the return address. Send the bottles back, even if they're opened or empty, and once they arrive we'll refund the purchase price to your original payment method. Shipping costs are not refunded.

Damaged or missing orders

If your order arrives damaged or doesn't arrive, email us with your order number and we'll send a replacement at no cost.

Payments

Payments are processed by Whop, which acts as merchant of record for your purchase. Refunds go back to the payment method you used.
